We want you to feel happy with your Sleepia order. If you need help with a return, please contact us at info@sleepia.shop.

30-day return window

We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn where applicable, and in the same condition that you received it.

Hygiene policy

For hygiene reasons, sleepwear, pillowcases and sleep masks must be returned unused and with no signs of use.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, scents, makeup marks or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us at info@sleepia.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. We will provide the next steps once your return request has been reviewed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@sleepia.shop with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn sleepwear, pillowcases and sleep masks cannot be returned.

Gift cards, if available, are also non-refundable.
